Strategic Business Development & Partner Lead (m/f/d)

Strategic Business Development & Partner Lead (m/f/d)

Do you want to help shape strategic topics and champion them as an ambassador in a strong partner ecosystem? Become a driving force behind our market development in Digital Engineering Solutions & Platform Delivery - and help us win pioneering customer projects.

Your Tasks

In this key role, you work in tandem with the head of the business unit. You are responsible for developing our topics further and positioning them with partners and customers.

  • You actively help develop our strategic approaches, such as Clean-Core Speedboats, within Digital Engineering Solutions & Platform Delivery and ensure a precise, distinctive positioning in the market.
  • You steer the collaboration with partners such as collaboration factory, EY and our Avelion sister companies. You represent our unit with confidence and build alliances that create real value.
  • Together with our partners, you identify, qualify and pursue promising opportunities and turn them into successful customer projects for our business unit.
  • You position our topics with partners and customers in a credible, content-driven way, think in terms of opportunities, pipeline and co-selling, and turn relationships into concrete projects.
  • You identify complex customer needs early, bring our vision to decision-makers and pave the way for our Solution Architects to contribute their expertise.
  • You bundle market feedback, partner input and customer signals and feed them into the further development of our service portfolio.

What we are looking for

  • Several years of solid, relevant experience in business development, partner or alliance management, IT consulting or solution-oriented project roles.
  • You have operationally driven partner business or business development and bring experience in lead qualification, account development, opportunity management or co-selling.
  • You have completed a degree in business information systems, industrial engineering or business administration - or you bring a comparable background and the ability to get to the heart of complex IT topics.
  • You enjoy actively shaping topics and taking responsibility for their success in the market.
  • As an ambassador for our topics, you convince strategic partners, customers and decision-makers with confidence and substance.
  • You keep a clear view across the partner ecosystem, navigate confidently between management, delivery and subject-matter experts, and focus on leads with high strategic value.
  • You bring a sound technical understanding of custom software solutions, platforms and integrations - this is not a purely commercial role.
  • Very good German and good English round off your profile.
