Training to become a certified V-Modell®XT Project Manager and QA Officer

The V-Modell^®XT Certification Body defines training procedures for the certification and accreditation of persons, organisations and processes. The V-Modell XT PRO certificate certifies the holder’s ability to manage IT projects according to V-Modell^®XT as well as to control and monitor quality assurance measures in the project. As an experienced training company, 4Soft GmbH offers its customers the opportunity to obtain the V-Modell^®XT PRO certificate in an examination following a three-day training course.

Contents

The seminar shows how projects are carried out according to V-Modell XT. After an introduction to the basics of the process model, all tasks of a project manager and a QA manager are presented and illustrated by means of practical exercises. The seminar will answer the following questions, among others:

• How is the V-Modell XT structured?
• Which model elements does the V-Modell XT distinguish?
• Which phases of a project does V-Modell XT support?
• How is a project started according to V-Modell XT?
• How can V-Modell XT be adapted to the needs of a project?
• Which project results are mandatory?
• How are the number and quantity of project deliverables determined?
• What functions does the V-Modell XT Project Assistant offer?
• How do client and contractor work together according to V-Modell XT?

After the seminar, the participants know the tasks and activities of a project manager and QA manager in V-Modell XT and have gained their first practical experience through the exercises.
